Divine Intercession had an existing online store, but it was visually messy and they had a number of concerns about the user experience, both for admins and for customers. They tasked Spark with overhauling the store with a new visual design, streamlining the purchase processes and simplifying the administration.
One of Divine Intercession’s biggest concerns with the old store was that it was built in Elementor, limiting their options for the design and layout and making administration more complex than necessary. Our first task therefore was to set up a new theme to allow us to set up custom templates for the store, while leaving the rest of the site in Elementor as a full site refresh wasn’t practical at this time.
With that problem solved, we worked with them to come up with a fresh design which addressed the main pain points while remaining consistent with the rest of the site. Once they were happy with the new design, we set about implementing it and finally trained them on how to properly manage the store – something the original developer had completely overlooked.
